Labelling machine CG 84 A-B-C Series

The combination of wet glue technology and self-adhesive technology on the same machine makes it possible to take full advantage of the two types of labelling, guaranteeing top quality performance, even for the most complex labels and formats. Options such as motorised reel unwinders or labelling units working in no-stop mode allow a significant increase in volume production and reduction in machine downtime, while the gluing units, which are extremely compact in size, they allow infinite set-up combinations.

WET GLUE LABELLING UNITS

The machine can be equipped with customised wet glue labelling units.

SELF-ADHESIVE LABELLING UNITS

The CG84 series can be integrated with the XPS and YPS labelling units, all operated by step motors, electronically controlled and programmable:

• XPS/H from 10,000 to 15,000 b/h, up to 55 m/min
• XPS/R from 15,000 to 20,000 b/h, up to 65 m/min
• YPS/H from 15,000 to 25,000 b/h, up to 65 m/min
• YPS/R from 15,000 to 30,000 b/h, up to 90 m/min

SPECIAL SETUPS

The combined label-machines of the CG 84 series can be equipped with:

Bottle platforms handling system with double-profile cam in oil bath or with MP electronic control movement.

Various types of optical or mechanical orientation, in order to detect and orient capsules with lettering, UV spots, glass mould seam, glass marks, silkscreens, lever-operated caps, labels already applied on different containers.

Mechanical orientation of notches on the glass (side or bottom).

Multi-format inlet and outlet star wheels, adaptable to cylindrical bottles with variable diameters ranging from 60 mm to 110 mm.

Automatic height adjustment of the carousel can be stored and recalled from the central touch-screen panel.

Automatic adjustment of the adhesive station axes, with the possibility of automating up to 4 axes: vertical movement, horizontal movement, inclination and tilting.

10" tablet remote controllable to drive and program the machine via wi-fi.

Centralised panel for the management of self-adhesive labelling units.

Labelling units mounted directly on the machine or modular (added or removed according to production requirements also directly on the wet glue labelling units that can be deactivated electrically).

Self-adhesive labelling units working in no-stop mode.
