Rinsing-Air Blowing-Sterilizing Machine with Rack System
ALFATEK
Alfatek produces a wide range of rinsing, air blowing and sterilizing machines for the internal cleaning and sterilization of several types of PET, glass and metal bottles.
These machines are produced in models ranging from 6 to 60 pliers. They have been designed for a rapid and rational turnover thanks to the rack rapid turnover system which allows to employ long treatment times to achieve greater effectiveness in the cleaning phase.

FEATURES OF THE STERILIZATION MACHINE:
The sterilization process is entrusted to Kit S02- through PLC- with the automatic control of S02 concentration in the solution.
The machine is constituted by a tank, with an electronic measuring device of Sulphur dioxide for the proper reactivation of the sterilizing solution, by a high-pressure recycling pump for intaking the solution in the sterilization machine and by a housing of microfiltration.
1. DEOX® AND ANTIOX® SYSTEM
Alfatek designed and patented the DEOX SYSTEM for the treatment of the bottle before filling it, with the aim to preserve the quality of the product in the bottle.
During the filling phase, the pre-evacuation (single or double) of air from the bottle is carried out through a high-vacuum pump. The bottle will be later saturated with inert gas.
This process prevents scents, flavors and dissolved gasses in the treated products from being dissolved and it prevents from the oxidation caused by the entering of oxygen as well.
